Our manufacturing unit is located in the industrial hub of Narol in Gujarat State in an area of 6000 sq.ft. We possess all the necessary infrastructure facilities needed for enabling us in the manufacture of casting products made in iron, steel and alloy. Since our products are used in major industrial applications, we take utmost care in maintain the quality of our products to the best satisfaction of our customers.
Our company is located in an area of 6000 sq.ft. which falls in the Narol industrial hub in Ahmedabad in Gujarat State, India. The company has an uninterrupted power supply of 150 KW which is a boon to the production of our goods. We have other infrastructure facilities in this industrial belt like water supply and road facility for the smooth functioning of our production process. In addition, we are equipped with a team of personnel who possess the adequate expertise in this line of production and put their sincere and devoted efforts to see that out products never face competition in the marketplace on account of quality and performance and consumer satisfaction.
It is worth mentioning that we have the melting facilities for heavy weights at a very high temperature for different melting processes. We have the electric induction furnace at 450KW with a capacity of 500 Kg. In addition, we have two crucibles with a capacity of 500 Kg and 250Kg respectively. For the purpose of molding, we have the sand mixer with a capacity of 150 Kg and a hand molding machine. Alsop we have a heat treatment furnace which is gas fired with a capacity of 2000 Kg to assist in our production processes.
